How to make a Child Protection complaint

 

 

All concerns and allegations related to making a child protection complaint concerning a priest or lay employee in the Archdiocese of Dublin should be directed to the Designated Person Mr Andrew Fagan, Director of the Safeguarding and Child Protection Service of the Archdiocese of Dublin.

You may also report concerns or allegations to the Garda Siochána at the location Garda station in the area in which the abuse occurred. Look up the telephone directory for the telephone number of the relevant Garda station or find it online at Garda Stations

 

 

You may also report concerns or allegations to the Health Service Executive (HSE). For further information call the HSE National Free Helpline number on Callsave 1850 241 1850.
